Founded in 2018 in the vibrant city of Wrocław, Paloma Coffee Roastery is an artisanal coffee roastery dedicated to creating exceptional coffee experiences. Our journey began seven years ago with a trip to Barcelona to explore the art of coffee roasting. It was there that our most important and interesting adventure began. A part of Barcelona found its place in the name of our roastery-cafe. We combined two languages: in Spanish "Paloma" means dove, and in Polish "Palona" refers to the roasting process. This combination turned out to be perfect. For us, the dove symbolizes freedom, which translates into the freedom to choose and enjoy your favorite coffee.
At Paloma, we believe that excellent coffee is the result of care at every stage of the process. From carefully selecting the best beans from trusted partners to the precise roasting of each batch, we strive to bring out the best in every coffee we produce. Our commitment to quality and sustainability ensures that every cup you drink reflects the care and skill that went into its creation.
On our shelves you will find a variety of coffees – from fruity, high-acidity to those with intense sweetness and nutty-chocolate notes. Initially, to bring the world of coffee to a wider audience, we roasted coffee in our café, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the roasting process and meet coffee lovers from Wrocław. Now we have moved to a larger, dedicated roastery, where we continue to grow as a team and collaborate with our partners. Through our “pigeon post”, we send hundreds of packages of coffee all over Poland.
