7 years ago we set off on a journey to Barcelona to learn how to roast coffee. That's where our most important and interesting adventure in life began. A piece of Barcelona found its place in the name of our roastery and café. A play on words of two languages - in Spanish Paloma means dove, and Palona, in Polish, because we are a roastery. The combination of these two languages turned out to be an excellent combination. For us, dove means freedom, and in our case it is the freedom to choose the coffee you like. On our shelves you will find fruity coffees, with high acidity, as well as coffees with high sweetness and nutty-chocolate notes. To bring the world of coffee closer to more people, we roast coffee in our café, where every guest can delve into the roasting process, and we hold open cuppings, where coffee lovers from Wrocław gather. And using our pigeon post, we send hundreds of packages of coffee all over Poland. We are taking a cupping table with us to Warsaw and we invite everyone to try our coffees. We will be happy to share our passion with you at the festival. See you there!
