Delivery

Orders can be collected in 2 ways:

- Inpost parcel locker or courier. Orders for less than PLN 100 are delivered for PLN 10. Orders for more than PLN 100 are delivered for PLN 0.

- Personal collection. The order can be collected from the Paloma coffee shop in Wrocław, Plac Solny 8/9 1U.

 1. Shipments are made via the Inpost courier company.
 2. Orders placed by e-mail or phone are processed at a later date (up to 3 business days);

 3. The order processing process is automatic, so it is not possible to modify the order once it has been paid for or the "cash on delivery" option has been selected.
 4. Shipments are delivered between 9:00 and 17:00;

 5. We do not send shipments with delivery at a specific time;

 6. If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date the Seller's bank account or settlement account is credited.

Information on the cost of delivery and the deadline for completion will be provided to the consumer before concluding the sales agreement.

The cost of shipping orders outside the Republic of Poland is determined individually depending on the place of delivery.
