Salvador Lyquidambar has the place of our classic at the same time as Kenya Matunda. However, the flavored coffee does not occur as acidic. Lyquidambar is a well and evenly formed coffee, which means that you will get a smooth, pleasant infusion. It has a very high level of sweetness, almost the maximum from our experience. The coffee belongs to the Specialty category, because it has 86.25 points. Due to the high sweetness and at the same time low acidity, it shows itself very well when prepared in a pressure coffee machine. In the infusion you can feel the notes of plum, passion fruit and blackberry.
